There are several studio spaces of variable sizes available for rent with a total of approximately 5500 square feet of floor space extending over two floors providing a variety of space options for your next rental. A wall of mirrors in every room gives the studio its signature attribute reflecting the life, light, energy and artwork around them.
In addition to the interior features of the building, contemporary lighting fixtures adorn the walls and ceilings in each of the studio spaces. There is a sound system in each studio space, a dancing light system, track lighting with adjustable dimmer switches and a reflective, lighted mirrored ball. Additionally, there are contemporary cafe tables and chairs. The studio is centrally air conditioned.
